BEWARE : Roofing by Michel - Mississauga

Hi, I live in Mississauga. My roof, which was recently reshingled by a guy called Michel Proulx, is leaking. I have tried contacting him but he won't take my calls or respond to my many messages. I am at a loss as to what I should do. Can anyone advise me? A friend said I might be able to fix the leak myself if I go up to the roof and check where it is. But I have no ladder to reach that high. Someone else adviced me to call my insurance company.
Please avoid this roofer like the plague. Very sweet talker until he gets his money. Then you will never see him again.
