Hello,
I have an octagon window which has one pane (double pane) which has cracked. I need to replace the glass but am not sure how to remove it. I cracked the inner while trying to remove the moulding. Can you help? I have checked with a local glass shop - they will make a new dp window - I assume this is the way to go.
