Icemaker issue

I have a GE GTS18CP - with a standard in freezer ice maker. The unit seems to make ice but it doesn't dump out the frozen ice. Is the motor shot? or something simpler I can trap wihout have to replace the unit? A new unit is about $125.......

Any thoughts or ideas would be appreciated.
