Water is leaking through the ceiling and wall of my basement pantry. The pantry is located underneath my front porch. I'm not sure if I the walls need waterproofing or if the porch needs to be replaced. What should I have repaired first, the porch or the waterproofing? Also, is it possible that the water is seeping in from the ground underneath the porch? [?]
