    Shame on me. I should have reported sooner. I exchanged it for an HP tablet with W10. She's a happy camper. (Me, too!!)

    It's tricky running Firefox Quantum on Chromebooks. There are guides on the web if you want to bother with that. Haven't tried myself yet so can't give a step-by-step tutorial unfortunately.

    My wife got a Samsung tablet from Sammy Claus. It's called a Chromebook 3. Tried loading Firefox, but it says Chrome
    does not support that file. What am I doing wrong?
