It is more than likely your processor shorted out. If you are not able to get even the bios to show up there was a short. This can be caused from a fan overheating just once. Even your motherboard could of warped messing up some pins. Check your mother boards instruction manual there should be a jumper that you can move to another pin to reset the whole board. If that does not work then I am sorry you will need to be replacing either your cpu or motherboard.
