I have a homelite 4218c (model number UT10517, 42cc, 18 in. bar) that is having some sort of problem with the low speed throttle screw staying where i set it.
Within 5 minutes, the saw is running at full speed.
No matter how many times i adjust it, or where i set it at, it screws up.
Any one else have a issue like this with this saw, or know what i might try to solve this?
BTW, having owned one of these saws for a while now, i would never recommend it to anyone. You can not even adjust the chain oilier as it is internally driven by the cam with no way to adjust it. Unfortunately, this is all the saw i could afford when that big ice storm hit. Not happy with it.
