Concrete

I had some concrete work done in my basement...the contractors spilled some of their cleanup water down my aggregate driveway...now I have a white discoloration on the driveway...I tried power washing it but no good...I contacted the contractor but have not heard back from them
Is there such a thing as a concrete wash that can be brushed on to the driveway to make it look all the same.

tri sodium phosphate and water will dissolve the cement and lime.
