Trying to post a picture

I have uploaded an image and get the following error message:
You are only allowed to post URLs to other sites after you have made 15 posts or more.

I do not understand? I am not including a URL!!

According to the above, you have posted 16 times now. So you should be able to post images.

you can upload the image to imgur and post non-active link to the picture btw

your restrictions indicate you can't upload items yet. too short of a membership time. this will change.
