need help

Just bought a brick ranch. The old owners built a florida room off the back..Problem is they just framed out where the old windows were and left the brick exterior there. I have 5 open windows that are open to the florida room. Most disturbing is the bathroom! Any ideas to help close this would be great! I'm thinking of closing off from outside and making shelves. The problem is the way it will look. I maybe able to match brick but probably not cement! Thanks
