I just used a newly bought high pressure water washer last weekend. I must say this is one of the better products I bought and I am very satisfied. Mine is electric delivering 1550 psi which is quite adequate. I used to have a gasoline powered one but it was stolen from my garage! Anyway, I am glad I am rid of that one because the gasoline one was so hard to start. I used it on brick walls which were dirty and greenish, patio deck which showed the wood after removing the green mildew, swimming pool coupling, driveway.
I plan to put a sealant on the deck to preserve the wood. I am wondering what I can apply on the brick wall and also on the driveway to keep the mildew, etc. from coming back? I am thinking of JoMax. Any thoughts is appreciated.
