I have a project to create a shower using curved walls and tileing them with a 4x4 tile. normally speaking to build a shower I would use a green board base. How do you get the curve in a green board without breaking it? Is there a different product than green board that I should use? Help please.

score the backside with a knife every inch or so then gently break it

Or take it outside lay it down on a flat surface and with your garden hose, wet it down, this process is a simple matter of a little water, wait, then carefully carry it in and screw it up to the wall, you really only want to wet down one side (the back) it won't take much moisture at all to get most bends in drywall. When your screwing it to the wall use a minimal of screws, just enough to hold it in place, once it has dried you can add more.
