I see too many posts go by where some of the people on here give great help and solve user's problems, but never get thanked. I wanted to make sure everyone realizes there is a way to do this.
We have a reputation system. That is what the little
is in the member's description. You can add to (or subtract from) a members reputation by clicking on the little icon such as this: 
We also have a way to thank members. At the bottom of each post you'll see
which when clicked on will add to the number of times a member is thanked.
I think this forum helps a lot of people, and saves a lot of money. It would be nice if people could use the built in ways to show appreciation...
