Whirlpool washer inner tub rocks back and forth

I have a Whirlpool top loading washer that is less than 3 years old. I noticed that after the final spin cycle, the clothes were wetter than usual. So I ran the spin cycle again. The clothes did get spun out better, but after removing the clothes, I noticed the tub really rocks back and forth more than usual. How can I fix this problem, and soon? The model is WTW5300VW2

Has the washer been transported recently or laid on its side for service? If so, part of the suspension may be out of place.

Otherwise, the internal suspension pads may be worn and need to be replaced or the suspension springs may be stretched or weak but that would be very unusual for only a 3 year old machine.
