Cam Riser on Kitchen Aid Superba 48

The fridge door on my side by side superba 48 won't stay closed anymore. It gently opens the door after it has been shut and won't keep the seal anymore.

My suspicion is the Cam Riser is worn out, does that sound right? I guess I could find this part but is this a user serviceable thing? It is on the bottom of the heavy door, should I call a repairman instead?

I don't see such a device used on your model. It does however has a "spring, door closer" (see the following link) along the base rail of the cabinet.

I'm afraid i do not know how that system works on your particular model. Someone would have to actually investigate it to try to determine where the problem lies.
