water in bottom of my fridge

Hello all,

I have a fridge that is built into the wall (and thus can not move it). A few days ago, I went away and accidently turned off the power of the fridge. Everything cooled down and a layer of water formed at the bottom. I can't, however, easily get the water out and was wondering if anyone has a suggestion.
