OK, the disposal is not working, it is humming. I have checked the disposal by hand and nothing seems to be stuck. I've tried the allen wrench, and it rotates the bottom, and I've tried to re-set button. So it still just sits there an hums. Now this same scenerio happened last August and I paid a plumber $85.00 to come out and I know for a fact that he used an allen wrench and the thing was fixed in 30 seconds. Is there something I am doing wrong????????
