Badger 1 problem

After reading all the post for this, I feel bad starting a new thread, but I have a new twist, literally.

I have the Badger 1. It hums but won't spin. I just went to the hardware store to get a allen wrench. But the sales person told me about a special allen-wrench that can be used just to make the disposal spin when jammed.

The "Twist" is, when I put it in, and tried to spin the disposal, instead of making what I thought was progress, I literally made the head of the allen-wrench twirl. (Kind of like an ice cream cone). Anyone have any idea on what to do next?

Please advise.
