GE PFSS5NJWA Temperature Display and Water Dispenser Not Working

I have a GE Profile (model # on the metal plate inside is PFSS5NJWA). We replaced the main board on it about 3 months ago, now the temperature control/display and the water dispenser are not working. It appears to still be cooling correctly, so I'm really hoping there is some kind of tie in between the display board and the water dispenser (they are in close proximity on the door).

Any advice or information will be appreciated.

Check wiring

You can check for a loose connection or break in the wiring that goes to the door through the lower door hinge. You can also recheck all the terminal connections on the main control board.
