I have a Roper gas dryer that will not heat up. I have replaced the sensor and the ignitor. Does anyone know if there is a reset button or am I missing something else? Thanks.

Is the ignitor at least glowing?? If not, tracing its electrical circuit may be required to see which component might be stopping it.
Although for an electric dryer, the following link illustrates some of the components (thermostats, timer, thermal fuses, motor switch, etc.) also used in a gas dryer which could be responsible for your symptom.

BTW. The house fuse/breaker thing is not applicable on gas dryers since the whole machine operates on the same power.
JFYI
