Dryer is working in low heat cycle only. Will not run in any other cycle. Searched around and cannot find any thing addressing this. Would like to fix it. Anyone have any ideas.

Won't run at all? never? won't even start up? or just won't heat on those other cycles??
I don't know of anything that could totally prevent a dryer from running on all settings except on a low heat setting. The motor control and heat controls are pretty much independent of each other (except in an overheat condition). Heat settings will not normally affect running of the dryer.
If the timer on your model is how you set the different heat settings, the timer (see the following link) could be defective internally for just those other settings it would be fairly unusual IMO for more than one setting to fail at a time without affecting every other one... if they did actually fail together at the same time.

I know, I am pretty handy with such items, I haven't tron it apart yet so I don't know if the contacts are working, but to answer your question...
Yes, it starts, and runs in low heat only. All other cycles do not start the dryer, including no heat. So when you select regular heat (or any other) and press the start button, nothing happens. When you do it on the low heat it starts.
