We got some glass stuck in there, cleaned it out, motor hummed for a while then quit. Where can I find the reset button? Also, where do I put the Allen wrench? In the center of the opening from the sink side?

It's 6 yrs ago and the seals looks bad anyway so I'm thinking of replacing...
    Suggestions?

** Where can I find the reset button? **

On the bottom of the unit, it is usually colored red.

In the mating hole in the center of the bottom of the unit.

    Which "seals"?

The only important ones are the ones inside the unit which are not visible without taking the unit apart. If you're just talking about the very top 'splash guard', it is inexpensive and not usually that difficult to replace (although the unit would likely have to be dismounted from the sink).

If you get another model made by the same manufacturer (Bagder is an In-Sink-Erator brand) and one of comparable size, you may not need to alter the plumbing to install the replacement. That can save a lot of headaches!
