  • Frigidaire ice maker dripping water

I bought a fridge off of Ebay it's a Frididaire model number FRS26R2AW5. The ice maker is dripping water causing all the ice to stick together and drip out of the front. Does anyone know how to fix this?
    thanks Melinda

check to see if there is an icemaker water timer. set it lower to limit the time the water solenoid is open

The icemaker could overfill, at fill time, resulting in the excess dripping into the ice cube container below. Water could also 'splash' out of the ice mold during a fill. It is also possible that the water could be continuing to drip into the icemaker after a fill should have stopped, leading to an overflow condition.

It would be important to try to determine which is occurring so we can try to suggest possible causes.
