No Water but ice from GE side-by-side

All of a sudden my water dispenser stopped working. The ice still comes out. I've checked to make sure that the water line is on and connected. I've removed and plugged the filter (incase that was clogged), I've also tried to clear the water line of air by holding the dispenser for 2 minutes. I've just turned the temp down in my fridge to let the tank thaw to see if that is the problem. Anyone have anymore ideas?

If a frozen water reservoir is not the cause, looking into the operation of the water fill valve on the back of the fridge might be one of the first things which will need checking.
