MGR5770ADW Maytag gas range

I am looking for help with my Maytag range. The power went out this morning, and now the clock display is blank, and none of the oven functions will work. The burners are fine. The oven light works. I have checked the circuit breakers in the house, they are fine. Other appliances work when plugged into the same spot. If I push any of the buttons around the display, "off" in red letters appears for about ten seconds, and nothing else happens.
Is there a reset button somewhere, or does anybody have any usefull advice?

The MGR5770ADW owner's manual (page 5) says:

CONTROL LOCK Pad

The touch pads on the control can be locked to prevent unwanted use. They will not function when locked.

To set: Press the CONTROL LOCK pad for 3 seconds. The OFF indicator word will appear in the display for 15 seconds. OFF will appear for 15 seconds if any pad is pressed.

To restore control operation: Press the CONTROL LOCK pad for 3 seconds. The indicator word OFF will disappear.
