Noob here, I purchased this about 5 years ago. Recently the top rack has not been clean of all soap particles. Has gotten progressively worse over the last couple months.
After some investigating I noticed the middle arm and top arm are not spinning.
I removed the top rack and checked the spray arm to see if it was clogged but it was not. During this process I noticed water was coming from the Tube where the spray arm on the top rack butts up against the back of the dishwasher.
So I put it back together and waited for that time in the cycle again. I then noticed that there was water coming out of the middle and upper spray arms, but they were not spinning.
My question is, has anyone heard of this problem? If so, why are they not spinning? Is it the arm? Or has the motor just stopped producing the needed pressure? I would assume there is plenty of pressure since the bottom one is spinning. Also, when I had the rack out, I noticed a very heave stream of water coming from the tub.
I am at a loss. Is it time for a new one? Or is this simple and I am missing something?
