Screw dropped in back of LG DLE2301W

My wife and I moved over the weekend and discovered that we need to change from a 3-wire power cable to a 4-wire. While unscrewing the back panel covering the power connections, a screw fell into the back of the dryer.

I have two questions:

1. Is there any feasible way to remove the screw from frame of the dryer?

2. What is the probability of the screw doing any damage to the dryer?

The dryer is less than a year old and a fantastic machine. I know the chances of the screw causing any problems is slim, but, in my understanding, not zero. We have a small mountain of laundry to do after the move, but we're not willing to take the chance of ruining a great dryer for the sake of haste.

Any expert opinions and suggestions are, as always, greatly appreciated.

the fallen screw shouldn't be a problem. when converting from a three wire to four wire pigtail, the ground strap from the middle terminal to the chassis ground should be removed. the wire connections would then be - black - outside terminal, red - other outside terminal, white - center terminal, and green - chassis connection.

I hooked the dryer back up and have run a few loads since. So far, so good.
