  • GE washer stopped draining

Bought a condo that came with a washer and dryer. The GE washer stopped draining the water. Can anyone tell me if this is a problem worth fixing money wise or should I just dump it? I really don't know the age but it doesn't look that old. Any thoughts on the severity of a problem like this?
    Thanks

    More information required

GE washer... I really don't know the age but it doesn't look that old.
I'm afraid that is not enough information to identify the appliance in question. What is needed is its exact model number as the forum notice requested be supplied.

Is it making any sounds at that time? Have you checked the drain hose for kinks or blockages??

It should definitely be worth looking into to find the problem. Once found you can then make an informed decision between repair and replacement. I rarely recommend a consumer just scrap an appliance before they know for certain how much it will cost to repair.
