Okay. So it's a bit on the 'old' side. But it still worked fine until a few days ago. The info is:

Serial: F196CA033
Chass: M134C
THe tv will turn itself off after ten or so minutes, then turn itself back on. The volume stays where it was at when things went south. With or without batteries, the remote has no effect. Cannot control it using the buttons on the front of the unit, either. Tried leaving it off and unplugged for a cou0ple days. Plugged it in, it turned on (the remote is nowhere near the tv..) then, a short time later it turned itself back off. Is this a simple fix? Fixable at all? Not worth it?
