Roksan Kandy dvd player not working/No Power

I have a Roksan Kandy KD1 Mk III dvd player that I am using solely for cd playback. Last week, the player suddenly stopped working.it seems as if there is no power going to the machine. There is no power light. I've tried changing the fuse, used another power lead, tried another power socket. It still does not work.

Does anyone else have this player that has come across a similar problem? Is there a fix before I call roksan?

i'm not at all familier with this model. its definatly a p.s.u problem. when you say you have changed the fuse, was it the internal one in the unit or in the plug? assuming you have then the fault may be with the transformer within the unit. sometimes the primary winding goes open circuit due to an internal thermal fuse going open within the transformer, these generally are not user replaceable. you have done everything you can really and with such a high class piece of equipment i would recommend you take it to an authorized dealer.
