How do I replace the kitchen cabinets hanging on the wall so that they will be sturdy and strong and won't fall off the wall?

Are you replacing the base cabinets as well?

The trim boards inside the cabinet, just below the shelves or at the top and under the bottom use long screws to fasten into the wall studs. Also, where the "fascia" strips are - these are the vertical wooden pieces between the cabinets, align them up and use a "c clamp to hold them in place. drill a pilot hole sideways and then use a drill bit that will just clear the head of a screw and countersink a hole ever so slightly below the surface. Then install a long screwinto both pieces and draw it up tight allowing the screw head to go below the surface into the countersink hole.
