These aren't dimmer switches? I have never seen anything like you have described. How interesting. I know with dimmer swithches you can use normal wall plates. If you can, please post a pic of the switches.

    1960 Round Wall Switches

I Live in Texas in a house built in 1960. All of the wall switches are single round buttons that you punch or push to turn on and off. I would like to identify the manufacturer to replace and or add new switches around the house. I like the look I just can't find a source to purchase more as we upgrade the house and add more lighting and ceiling fans.

Actually it is the wall plates that I need a few replacements for.

Has anybody ever seen these kind of switches. The buttons are about an inch and a quarter in diameter.

    thanks
