all Outdoor switches are not working

all my outdoor electric outlets are not working. i checked the circuit breaker and found out one is flipped, so i flipped it over and outdoor outlets start working, the problem is it triggers the security system too (it sirens and guardian calls me)!!!

can somebody tell me why ? thank you

You are asking why the siren in your alarm triggers?
Normally they don't siren continuously, but I have seen them operate the siren for a second or two when the power is interrupted or re-connected to signal that a "trouble" condition has either appeared or has dissapeared. You should check with the alarm company to see why your alarm is triggering an "alarm" when the power is interrupted or re-connected.

One other suggestion:
Put the power supply for your alarm on its OWN circuit with its OWN breaker... purchase a "breaker handle lock" for the breaker for your new circuit and lock the handle "ON".. This lock will not prevent the breaker from tripping, but it will prevent anyone from messing about and accidentally turning off that breaker!
