converting to 3-way switch light

help!
I want to convert the existing light switch in a kitchen to a 3-way switch.
Can someone show me how? A diagram would be best.
Here is the existing scheme:
the power source does not go to the switch. Because the house is an older house, the wire color code is different. top terminal of the switch is red. The bottom terminal is blue.
Any help is appreciated.
