I replaced a chandelier several months ago using the existing junction box with no problems and it has been working fine. It recently stopped working (i.e., all 3 lights won't turn on). The new unit is Millennium Lighting 3-light chandelier.
So far I have
(1) Checked that the wiring connections from the chandelier to the supply wires hadn't come loose. It looked fine, but I still re-did the connections.
(2) The light was on a dimmer switch so I replaced the dimmer with a regular switch in case the dimmer had gone bad (never did like a dimmer for this anyway).
(3) Checked to ensure that all 3 light bulbs had not blown simultaneously. Again, no joy.
The wiring going from the junction box through the canopy and the chain section and into the chandelier body (the part that is mostly visible) looks intact with no obvious problems.
Any other suggestions? I am about out of ideas except that something is amiss within the chandelier body itself above where the wiring branches out to the three arms. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
