24 or 40 watts bulbs save electricity??

Well, in this world we need to save electricity.
SO, why not use a bulb of low wattage so that it would consume less electricity.
I generally use bulbs of 24 or 40 watts as they save electricity.

Even I use bulbs of low power such as 40 watts.
And I switch them off when there is no need of them as to save electricity.
Everyone should save electricity.

CFLs are a good idea anyplace a dimmer is not being used.
Yes, they have dimmable CFLs, but I personally do not like how they look when dimmed.
