Well, I have brought a new house but there is some ground wiring which needs to be done in it.
    SO, how much it costs?

the ground system in a house should already be there at the service entrance. any grounding on the branch circuits should already be there as part of the cable assembly, (i.e. - romex or bx) unless your wiring is knob and tube, running a seperate ground to these boxes and devices is NOT permitted.

Well, that depends upon the area on which you need ground wiring.
By the way ya its a bit expensive than normal wiring.
So, don't worry just get it done.

What is "normal wiring"? And how do we know what the OP is even talking about?

Running an equipment ground for circuits?
Installing a grounding electrode system? Ground rod? Ground/bond water pipes?

From the original post there is nothing to suggest without more info.
