Electrical and drain pipe in same horizontal run?

I am about to add an upstairs bathroom in my house. I will have the 3" drain come up form the 1st floor in a closet then horizontally to the toilet location. In my attic the drain pipe would either have to run horizontal east-west under electrical wires (including 220) north-south. Is this possible? is there a distance they need to seperate or can they li eup top of each other? Also, I could save alot of work if the pipes and electrical could run along side each other in the same horizontal run. Can you do that? They would touch each other.

    Thanks for any help.

by code a vent line can't run horizontal. It can go up at an angle using a t-wye. there's nothing that states wires can't be run alongside drain pipes.
