Replacing toilet light

Hi, hoping someone can help. I have attached a few pics of my current toilet light for reference.
I have just dropped the ceiling a little to install upvc cladding and was hoping to install 2 led downlights.
Could someone point out which cables come from the switch to rose and if it’s ok to remove from rose to connect to new light and leave the rose in place as it’s hidden behind new ceiling?

My step brother has this Delta Faucet 813902-N-WH his toilet. Also have high-quality toilet seat with night light ad 9 hours working time. The only thing I don't like is that it takes awhile to engage the slow-close part of the hinge.
