I was looking around for a repair kit to repair a tear in our linoleum floor in our RV, anyone got any ideas?

A super adhesive would work well on that. Use a heat gun on low or a hair dryer on medium to help lay the piece back in position. Slightly warm the piece and it should lay right in place. Set a piece of plastic food wrap over it and set a heavy item on top 'till it's cooled and the adhesive's set.
