  • Re grouting a bathroom

I need to remove grout and regrout my master bath. It isn't a large space but it has tile everywhere including the ceiling. What is the best and or easiest way to remove the grout? When I do remove it do I need to do anything special before I start grouting? Thanks and any extra tips will be greatly appreciated

You are up for a no easy way task. At most big box stores they sell in the tile tool department a little tool that looks like a nail file , it's head is about 1/8" wide, use this tool like a file in the grout lines to remove the grout.
Make sure your careful around the corners of the tiles as to not chip them.

You don't need to remove all the grout just about an 1/8" down will be fine, then vacuum out the joints and apply new grout.
Little about a lot and a lot about a little.
Every day is a learning day.
