Moving AC outlet box in a Pego wood flooring

I would like to move an existing electrical duplex outlet to a different location in the floor.

The Pergo floor is installed on a concrete slab.

Without pulling up a section of the Pergo, then cutting the concrete and then refitting conduit to the new location, then patching the concrete at the old location and patching the concrete where you cut it to re route the conduit, there is no easy way, sorry.

Without pulling up the laminate flooring? Then how can you cut the concrete?
