cost of refinishing concrete and vct

I need a ballpark figure on labor only stripping, and refinishing a concrete and vct floor. I have all the equipment and materials so I am looking for a per sq ft cost. Thanks

Hey Becks,

There is no way to answer your question with only the little info you've supplied. First off, we don't know if the job is on the 67th floor in Manhattan or is rural Mississippi. We don't know whether it's 200 sq. ft or 2,000, plus we don't know if you're looking for a warm body or someone that actually knows what to do. Even then there are many variables that would have to be looked at.

The internet is a good way to shop for specific products, but not for labor.

I have been finishing VCT for the past 15 years and the answer above is totally correct. Every part of the country is so different. Here in NY an average price to finish VCT in a home is about $1 per sqft. But every job is so different!

In San Antonio, Tx it runs between $3.00 to $5.00 a square foot. Thats with materials.
