Outside Hose Bibb

I have read your answer on repairing outside hose bibs and found the illustration very helpful. In your reply you stated that model no., of the hose bibb, is needed in order to get the proper repair parts. So where do I find this number. My hose bibb is leaking at the stem and I assume that the packing around the stem has worn out. This hose bibb has the anti-siphon cap on it.
