Toilet Leaking HELP!

The toilet in my upstairs bath is leaking but there is no water on the floor or anywhere I can find on the toilet. I have turned the water valve off underneath the toilet and flushed the toilet but there is still water coming down from my bathroom ceiling. How can I get this water to stop!

with the water off and the toilet NOT being flushed there should be no water flowing anywhere. the water trap formed in the toilet just sits there unless the level in the pot rises to just above the critical level in the pot. must be a leak from somewhere else. you may need to remove part of the ceiling to find out where
