lavatory drain
for a sink to properly drain you need air.
which type of trap do you have? S-trap or P-trap?
S-trap goes through the floor, P-trap goes into the wall.
In either case the vent pipe is located above the drain line either directly or indirectly like at the toilet flange.
check for a blockage in this drain line.

Just Now Or always
Has your sink just recently started to drain slowly or it has always done this. If it has always done it I would agree with the other comment about the air vent. If it just started try pulling out the sink stopper. Sometimes hair and other junk will cling around it. Also ,.....are there any other sinks in the home doing this. If so you have a main air vent blockage somewhere.
