Sewer Venting problem

I have a problem with house trailer that smells very bad from sewer gas.I have lenthened the pipes and then I bought some inline vents and placed on top of the pipes on the roof. I am concerned the the inline vents will hold in all the gas and possible expload the building. Maybe im overly concerned im not sure but I would like to know from sombody that knows. Thank you
