We've discovered our clothes coming out of our dryer are getting little grease stains. Can anybody tell me what the problem may be and if it is easily fixable? Thanks for the help in advance!

It would appear to me that you have a seal problem with your dryer, The cloths are getting stuck between the drum and the door/rear bulk head. Your drum is usually supported in the front/rear with rollers or another form of support like a glide, One of those may have gone south! Unless by some off chance you have done some laundry with an exceptional amount of wheel grease on them that the washer did not get out?
The appliance industry is more forgiving than the HVAC industry to the average Joe, In meaning they tend to cater to the DIY type. If you have no desire to DIY call out a reputable repair man. Be sure to ask for charges like IE: Trip, Diagnostics, Hourly rate, Warranties. Most companies break there hourly rates down into 15 or 20 minute increments.
