  • need replacement source

    Hello, I live in an old Sears and Roebuck kit house, built in 1941. I really need to replace the original tub/shower faucet. The faucet measures 6 inches from mid handle to mid handle, and therein lies my problem. Apparently, these are hard to come by. Does any body have a source or suggestions? I don't need to replace the whole plumbing, just the handle/faucet combo.

    thank you, debbie::

    You probably won't find this size faucet at any big box hardware store.
    Look in your yellow pages for a plumbing supply company in your area, they will more than likely have access to what your looking for.

    This site will probably have what your looking for,

    Discover the largest selection of plumbing products online at award-winning PlumbingSupply.com. Get expert advice, plumbing history, and more!

    On the front page you will see an alphabet, click on "F" and there in the list you will probably find your faucet.

    Good Luck
