Hi all. We have a new Toto 1.6 gallon toilet that was recently installed and it flushes with way too much force. When you flush it, drops of water shoot out of the toilet and onto the seat, lid, etc. It's pretty unsanitary, of course. Is there any way to adjust how 'violently' a toilet flushes? If you need more info or specifics, let me know and I'll get it. Thank you!

hello, sorry my english not perfect. my toilet in apartment is making noise ALL THE TIME, like running water sound, even when nobody use it. is this normal...
